Its been 7 hours and 15 days
since you took your love away
I go out every night
And sleep all day
Since you took your love away
Since you've been gone i can do whatever i want
I can see whomever i choose
I can eat my dinner in a fancy restaurant
but...
I said nothing can take these blues
Cause nothing compares
nothing compares to you.

Its been soo lonely without you here
like a bird without a song
Nothing can stop these lonely tears from falling
Tell me baby where did i gone wrong!
I could put my arms around every girl i see
but they'd only remind me of you
Iwent to the doctor n guess what he told me
guess what he told me!

He said boy you better try to have fun no matter what you do
but he's a fool........Cause nothin compares
nothing compares to you.All the flowers that you planted Mama in the back yard all died when you went away,i know that living with you baby was sometimes hard but i'd be willing to give it another try......
Nothing compares, nothing compares to,
nothing compares nothing compares to you.

Hmm, well at least he/she could afford to eat dinners in a fancy restaurant, apparently. ;)
But, seriously, good song, one of my love song favs definitely.

Very good song, did you write it yourself? Its very touching.

Post 5 by _rory_ (predictable kryptic) on Thursday, 28-Oct-2004 18:16:53

of course not. someone just said it was one of their favorite love songs, which obviously means gobblin didn't write it.

Sinead O'Connor sings it...don't know who wrote it though.

Post 7 by Goblin (I have proven to myself and the world that I need mental help) on Friday, 29-Oct-2004 8:37:26

Its attributed to Prince but don't quote me on that.

It's a song written by Prince, sung by Sinead oConor and that particular version was recorded and mixed by one of the guys from Soul II Soul, can't remember his name at present. Very very cool.

Post 17 by Goblin (I have proven to myself and the world that I need mental help) on Saturday, 30-Oct-2004 10:57:35

havent heard but judging by how many former E2e members have migrated over here it's dying, a few have joined e2e but i doubt Julia has that much interest.

And who the hell are you 'acosha' to talk about the kind of person I am? I don't know you, you don't know me so why don't you just shut the feck up?

And as for the rats, they have already left eyes2 Gobby and it is sooooo much better without you/them.

Frey.

Such insecurity its ripping out of her

Also if my abscene is that much of an improvement why were you trying so hard to convince me to resume our e-mail friendship hmm?.

Acosha sweetie we don't have much to say now do we??

Gobby you are the king of insecurity as we all know and I never wished to resurrect that email 'friendship' which I had in fact grown very tired of....Just couldn't listen to any more of those 'stories' about Ally etc.

Frey.

oy darling zoners, :) as much as my curiosity is aiming to get the better of me, I must ask you to chill chill once again! It's not good for either of you to be bantering in a public forum cos none of us other zoners really know the story or stories.
Good luck! :)
